A lot of beliefs we hold about ourselves aren't actually true; yet our subconscious creates them to keep us safe. It tells us we'll fail so that we avoid dissapointment/ hurt, it tells us we'll never be good enough so that we don't have to learn, grow or change and can stay within the familiar. Limiting beliefs are so common, and can include:
"I'm not good enough"
"I'm not worthy of.. love, success, money, happiness etc.."
"I have to do things perfectly"
"I can't ask for help"
"I'll never be... a good leader, a good parent, loved etc"
