How I Run My Hypnotherapy Sessions for Women & Queer Men
My therapy sessions are completely tailored to you; my approach is person-centred and solution focussed. First, I help you clarify your vision- especially when you have no clue where to start. We'll work through accepting and living with the past; coping in the present moment; and building an aligned future.
I draw on my experience as a queer woman, as well as first-hand research conducted with women & queer men, to provide a solid understanding of the cultural and societal influences.
Throughout all sessions, I am your cheerleader. I am absolutely rooting for you and pour out kindness and love- even when sometimes it needs firmness. I'm not here for advice- you've got so much wisdom in you; this is what I'll guide you back to.
I'll provide techniques, tools and reflective prompts to put you in control of your healing, whilst being there for you every step of the way.
